Trust develops over time. Our connections are a testament to how well we build trust and develop it with others. So, how does this happen over time? Where can we be more intentional about building trust with others? What do we learn? Read more to find out.

Below are some questions to help you evaluate or become more aware of how we build trust with others and how that supports you in connecting with others.
How do your conversations serve you, and where can you make changes? Are there challenges related to your ability to build trust? If so, why? Where are you successful and why? What have you learned along the way about your relationship with trust?
Family/Kids: What does trust look like in your family? Where are you able to develop trust with your kids and what does that process look like? How does this help you to connect with them?
Personal /Self - Do you trust yourself in all areas of life? If not, why? How can you challenge yourself to build it in areas where it is missing?
Clients/students - Who do you work with that is unable to trust themselves or others? How does that impact their ability to connect?
Work/professional - What does trust look like in the workplace, and how does that impact your progress as a team?
Nature - What about nature gives you a sense of peace? Is it that the sun will rise and fall, or that the seasons will change? How does that give you comfort in knowing change is coming?
Community/online networks - Right now, putting ourselves out there can be more complicated than ever, but we still do it. What are your thoughts on why/how people can have courage? How does that resonate with you?
