Connection Opportunity post #12
Connecting with others is another way we align our habits and goals with our well-being. The more we focus our habits on aligning with our goals, the more we can reap the benefits of making meaningful and important connections with others.

Below are some questions to help you evaluate or become more aware of how our habits increase our connection with ourselves and how that supports us in connecting with others.
How do your conversations serve you, and where can you make changes? Are there challenges related to your ability to build trust? If so, why? Where are you thriving and why? What have you learned along the way about your relationship with trust?
Family/Kids: What habits do you currently have that support your connection with your family? Where do you see challenges?
Personal /Self—What habit do you wish you could change, and how would that change create more opportunities for you to connect with yourself?
Clients/students - What habits do you typically promote the most in your clients/students? Is this habit reflected in your own life?
Work/professional - What habits have allowed you to connect in the workplace? How do your habits align with your work goals?
Nature—What habits, if any, get you out in nature regularly? How does that connection serve you?
Community/online networks - What habits do you have with social media that are creating barriers to better connections with others? How does social media benefit your connections with others?
