Below are some questions to help you evaluate or become more aware of how shared experiences increase our connection with ourselves and how that supports our connection with others.
How do these conversations serve you, and where can you make changes? Are there challenges related to your ability to find shared experiences? If so, why? Where are you thriving, if so, why? What have you learned along the way about your shared experience with others?
Family/Kids: Where do you find shared experiences in raising a family? In what ways can you create shared experiences with your kids?
Personal /Self— When do you recognize a shared experience with someone else? Is it in the moment or later? How does that resonate with you?
Clients/students—Where can a shared experience benefit your clients or students? How does that show up for you?
Work/professional: Where does shared experience enhance your work life? How do shared experiences improve your work?
Nature—Where are natural opportunities for you to share experiences with others?
Community/online networks - How do shared experiences enhance online connections? How do your networks enhance your connections through shared experiences?
