Building our network takes time. Connecting with others allows us to identify people in our network who enhance our ability to thrive. When was the last time you evaluated the depth of your network to find the connections you crave?

Below are some questions to help you evaluate, or become more aware of, the impact our network can have on increasing connection with ourselves and how that supports us in connecting with others.
Consider your conversations. How do they serve you, and where can you make changes? Are there challenges related to your ability to build your network? If so, why? Where are you thriving and why? What have you learned about the value of your network in your connections with others?
Family/Kids: How does your network support your connection with your kids?
Personal /Self -In what ways does your network help you identify opportunities to connect with yourself?
Clients/students - Where can your network provide career opportunities? How do you use your network to support those you work with?
Work/professional - How does your network help you grow professionally? Where does it foster connection?
Nature -How does nature play a role in developing your network?
Community/online networks - How does your online network support your connection to other areas of your life? How does our community network foster connection with others?
