Connection Opportunity post #15
Where do you find a connection in goal setting? The essence of goal setting is to align our future selves with who we are in the present. We constantly strive for something, although we should be mindful of the difference between "I will be happy when..." and evolving into the person we want to be.

Below are some questions to help you evaluate or become more aware of where you are in your evolution.
Consider your conversations. How do they serve you, and where can you make changes? Are there challenges related to who you are today and who you hope to become? If so, why? Where are you thriving? If so, what are you experiencing? What have you learned about the process of improving and becoming a better version of yourself?
Family/Kids: What happens to the people around you when you begin to focus on changing for yourself?
Personal /Self - How does connecting with yourself impact how you show up in the world?
Clients/students - When you are at your best for others how does that serve your connection with them?
Work/professional - How can you control your growth and progress? How does focusing on that control allow you to connect with your colleagues?
Nature - What does the quiet tell you? Where does your brain go? How does that change your experience of the world?
Community/Online Networks - How has your relationship with social media evolved as you embark on your growth journey? What new connections have you formed as a result of your growth? Or perhaps, what opportunities for growth have you missed?
