Jumping into the unknown can be scary, although there is an opportunity to connect with others through sharing your experience. When identifying with others, we share the burden and stress of moving into unknown territory. We find support and ease of mind as we go through the process.

Take a moment to reflect on your conversations. How do they give you confidence and more certainty in moving forward?
Family/Kids: How does family support encourage your next steps? Where does the connection serve you and strengthen your convictions to try something new?
Personal /Self - What do you learn about yourself when pushing boundaries? How does a challenge support a connection with yourself?
Clients/students - In what ways can you model for clients/students to encourage trying new things? How does that next step enhance your connection?
Work/professional—Venturing into the unknown can be complicated. Where does it support your work environment? How does it enhance your connection with colleagues?
Nature - Venturing into new spaces creates chance. What connections come from moving into new spaces or experiencing new things?
Community/online networks—How does venturing into the unknown support togetherness in our communities? In what ways does the unknown bring us together?
