Below, we listed questions to help identify areas where we are challenged by motivation and how we are able to overcome our own barriers by connecting with others.
Take a moment to reflect on your conversations. How do your conversations around motivation impact your connections with others?
Where can you find common ground and understanding? What can you learn?
Family/Kids: How does your family influence your motivations? Does your connections with family influence your motivation in a certain area? If so why?
Personal /Self - How well do you know what motivates you? How do you know this to be true? Has it changed over time? If so, why or why not?
Clients/students - How are your connections impacted when motivation changes? How do your clients/students motivate you through their actions?
Work/professional—What motivational tools allow you to build connections at work? Where do you see the most impact?
Nature—Does your motivation change in nature? If so, how does a connection with nature impact your motivation?
Community/online networks—How does motivation allow you to expand your network? How are your networks impacted when discussing motivation?
