Family/Kids: What do your children learn from your actions during adversity? What can they teach you? How does this connect you when supporting each other?
Personal /Self - Where do your inner thoughts come from? How do they treat you? How does what your thoughts say impact your progress?
Clients/students - How can adversity and challenge bring you closer to clients or students? What common occurrence provides an opportunity for open dialogue? How does this change your connection?
Work/professional—What do experiences like COVID do to your professional environment? How do crises bring out the challenges or benefits of working together through adversity?
Nature—Does nature bring clarity or confusion in times of adversity? Why or why not?
Community/online networks—Does your network activate when facing challenges? If so, why or why not? How does that response impact you in challenging times?
