Connection Opportunity post #5
Grief is an emotion and something humans feel as a part of our experience in this world. How does grief bring us together? Can you think of a time when grief brought you together with people you hadn't seen or talked to for some time? What was that experience like?

Below are some questions to help you evaluate or become more aware of how experiencing grief can bring you together to connect with others.
How does it serve you, and where can you make changes? Where are your challenges related to connecting with others when experiencing grief?
Family/Kids - How do you talk to your kids about loss and grief? What do they teach you about it?
Personal /Self - Do you allow yourself to experience grief, or do you avoid it? If not, why?
Clients/students - In what ways do you teach others about grief? How do you help connect to them in times of grief?
Work/professional - Where do you support your colleagues in times of grief? How does your support help them to connect in those times of loss?
Nature - What does nature teach you about grief? How does nature show up for you in times of loss to help you connect with the experience?
Community/online networks - In what ways does your community show up in times of grief? How does that help you feel connected and supported when dealing with loss? Or does it help you?
