Where can you find common ground and understanding? What can you learn?
Family/Kids: How does your family impact your decision-making in specific moments? Are there stressful times when poor decisions are made? Do you feel empowered by family support or belittled?
Personal /Self: How do you talk to yourself when deciding? Do you support or question your decisions? How does that impact the connection with yourself?
Clients/students - How do you counsel others when making decisions? Do you help them see both sides and support their train of thought, or do you micromanage them into going in the direction you think they should go?
